The Placement wing in the college is successful in providing placements to the out-going students through campus recruitment conducted by many organization of national and international repute. The placement officer notifies the names of the companies that visit for placements to the students through circulars. The companies that regularly visit MGIT for placements are : Infosys, Wipro, Satyam Computers, SQL Software, L&T Infotech, Sierra Atlantic, Dell International Services, Cognizant, Syntel, Birla Software, Visual soft, Virtusa, Accenture, Dolcera, ssa global, Qualcore logic, Essar Steels, Red Pine technologies, OSI Technlogies etc. The Placments of the institute has been on the rise since 2005-06 to 2007-08. Numbers speak the Placements 47 in 2005-06, 149 in 2006-07, 195 in 2007-08.
